Oil

TYPES OF PROCESSED PLASTICS:

Plastic, PP, PS, PE, HDPE, LDPE

PYROLYSIS OIL:

The projected production from 20 tonnes of plastic per day is:

• Crude oil from pyrolysis - 16,940 liters

• Solid (Char) - 2.83 tons

• Gas - 1.89 tons

Refined product (with an optional distillation system add-on):

• Diesel - 11,858 liters

• Petrol - 1,711.43 liters

• Solid (Char) - 0.99 tons

• Gas - 1.41 tons

Raw material used:

The system accepts the processing of a wide range of plastic materials, excluding however PVC. PET plastic is not recommended at this stage of the development of our machines, in particular because of the low yield of the fuel produced.

The latest generation standard PPT20 model is optimized for the disposal and processing of waste from plastic bags and can also process shredded mixed plastic waste with a size of less than 8 centimeters per piece. Specialized solutions for processing tires, rubber, oil sludge and/or petroleum-based medical waste may soon be available.

Reactor heating:

Polypetron™ Gen. 5 PPT20 requires 1.75 MW of thermal energy per hour. The heating of the reactor is structured to use 50% gas and carbonization residue from the process and 50% pyrolysis fuel produced from the process. Our closed loop system requires approximately 1,000 liters of produced oil to be returned to the heating chamber. Alternatively, any heating fuel can be used such as wood pellets, coal, gas, diesel, etc.

Power consumption :

55 kW per hour, or less than one kWh of electricity per liter of fuel produced.

Operating area and buildings:

We recommend for optimal use of our equipment, a minimum area of 3,000 m², ideally 4,000 to 4,500 m² to allow rapid expansion of activities.

• Typical building required: floor area - 30x25m. Roof area - 20x15x10m. Load - 3000 kg/m²

• Warehouse: floor area - 20x40m. Ceiling clearance - 6-8 m. Load - 1,500 kg/m²

Installation, warranty and service:

PLASTIC OILIUM organizes, monitors and supervises the installation. SEPCO INDUSTRIES is responsible for assembly, commissioning and operation management. It also ensures the management and control of training and after-sales service. The manufacturer's warranty is one year (full conditional warranty for machine components during commissioning).

Lifetime :

Minimum 10 years. Assumed life expectancy: more than 15-20 years.
