WE TRANSFORM PLASTIC WASTE INTO CRUDE OIL

PLASTIC OILIUM offers the marketing and turnkey installation of industrial units, capable, over a period of 24 hours, of transforming 20 tons of selective plastic materials and producing, subject to the presence of optimal operating conditions, up to 15,000 liters of pyrolysis oil.

The main markets for our produced fuel are the shipping industry, oil traders and refineries due to the high efficiency of the alternative diesel it provides and its qualification as an 'advanced biofuel'.

To achieve this technological feat, PLASTIC OILIUM has joined with the Thai company SEPCO INDUSTRIES.

For more than 30 years, SEPCO INDUSTRIES has pursued a research program dedicated to the development of pyrolysis technologies, in collaboration with academic support from the Center for Biomass Energy and Fuels, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Originally focused on tire pyrolysis, SEPCO INDUSTRIES now focuses solely on the pyrolysis of plastics. This is how the first machine transforming plastic into a petroleum product was born in 2013.

Since then, several generations of used plastic processing units have followed.

Since 2019, we have provided logistical, technical and financial support, in order to support the good and perfect development of the equipment designed and imagined by SEPCO INDUSTRIES.

The PULVERSHEIM site, located in the ALSACE region in France, is the very first industrial facility located in Europe. It allows to treat 3 tons of plastic per day and can deliver more than 2000 liters of pyrolysis oil per day in an environment of European standardization.

Thanks to an innovative process that generates no pollution, the Polypetron™ system, incorporates fully enclosed, continuously operating screw reactors. The equipment has been designed to be operational 24 hours a day, 330 days a year. 30 to 35 days per year are necessary to ensure the complete maintenance of the system.

Our flagship model is capable of converting plastic waste materials into crude oil through pyrolysis, equivalent to premium sweet or light crude due to its low bitumen content. The product thus generated can be used to feed low-speed diesel engines or be refined to produce substitute diesel, gasoline and kerosene.

The society SEPCO INDUSTRIES has already initiated in Thailand the sale of pyrolysis fuel for industrial machinery and agricultural equipment, and powers one of the largest bus companies in Thailand, the BMTA company, in a series of continuous tests.

The SHELL company is now interested in our petroleum products.

We have had numerous samples taken (some of which are carried out under the control of a bailiff in France) of pyrolyzed oils from the production of our equipment and make available on this site the many results of analysis tests carried out by independent organizations and laboratories, including the company SGS. They prove the superior quality of the generated fuels.
